1. Tour Reservations and Payment
To reserve your spot on the tour, please contact us via phone or email. A minimum deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 3 days before the tour start date or upon arrival. Failure to complete the full payment may result in the cancellation of your booking.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
In case you need to cancel your tour, please inform us as soon as possible. The following cancellation fees will be applicable:
- More than 7 days prior to the tour start date: 15% of the total tour cost
- Between 3 to 7 days before tour start date: 25% of the total tour cost
- Less than 1 day before tour start date: no refund will be provided
If we are compelled to cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule the tour.
3. Travel Insurance
We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance before your trip. This will safeguard you in cases of unforeseen events, such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or loss of personal belongings.
4. Modifications to Itinerary
While we strive to adhere to the agreed itinerary, unforeseen incidents like bad weather, road closures, or other factors may require us to make changes. In such events, we will do our best to offer alternative activities or a revised itinerary.
5. Health and Safety
Your safety and well-being are of utmost importance to us. Therefore, we will provide a tour guide who is trained in first aid and emergency procedures. However, you are responsible for informing us about any health or medical conditions that may hinder your participation in certain activities.
6. Personal Belongings
We do not take responsibility for any lost or damaged personal belongings during the tour. Hence, we advise you to take necessary precautions to secure your belongings at all times.
7. Code of Conduct
We expect all our guests to exhibit respectful behavior towards the local culture, environment, and fellow guests. Any unlawful or disrespectful actions will not be tolerated and may lead to the termination of your tour without any refund.
